• Communications: SMS we send/receive about your ride.
• Device & usage: basic technical data (browser, pages viewed) and cookies to keep the site working.
• Location: if you choose to share it (e.g., for address suggestions or estimates).

2) Sources

We collect information directly from you, from your device, and from services we use to operate the Service (for example, Google Maps/Places for address suggestions and distance estimates).

3) How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Service (receive your request, coordinate with a driver, send updates).
• Show address suggestions and distance-based fare estimates.
• Communicate with you (e.g., SMS about your ride).
• Protect safety, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
• Analytics to improve features and reliability.

4) Sharing

• Drivers: we share the data needed to complete your ride (e.g., name, pickup/drop-off, phone).
• Service providers: hosting, messaging, and analytics providers working on our behalf.

5) SMS Program

By requesting a ride, you consent to receive SMS related to your ride. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Google Maps/Places

We use Google Maps/Places APIs for address suggestions and distance estimates. Your use of those features is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and terms.

7) Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to operate the site and remember preferences. We currently do not use targeted advertising cookies. You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies.

8) Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., safety, accounting). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9) Your Choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@jonsplayground.com.
• You can decline location sharing in your device/browser.

10) U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you live in a U.S. state with specific privacy rights (e.g., California), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses.
